Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

West Pittston is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and West Pittston follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Anyone who see’s a negative review from yesterday, it’s solely because Vance visited the area. They are not, will not, have never been a customer. What a bunch of losers to attempt to hurt a business for no reason. Sad world we live in. I hope this business owner would take the time to pursue these individuals with some hefty civil penalties. Defamation being the main issue. There are possibly other FTC issues for fake or false reviews. Unreal.

It is a pleasure working with them. They produce quality work and will go out of their way to try and help with whatever your needs are. I have used them many times and for multiple projects.

I called first thing in the morning in a pinch for a cut part for some of my guys working remotely in PA. The service was great from the moment they answered the phone, to having the part waiting for my guys on arrival. Great experience!
